Would really prefer to give 2 1/2 stars instead of 3 just for that alone. I can accept losing a round, or not making a lot of points because of an error on my part, but when I line the pieces up to where I could knock out several blocks at once just to be given a bizarre or inconvenient block that I can’t even at least orientate to help me out more, it’s kind of annoying. Doesn’t really make sense here considering the only real in-app purchase I’ve seen, is to remove the ads. Gives me that ‘project makeover’ vibe where you’re forced to lose so you have to spend money. I’ll have a nice round one minute and rack up some decent points, the next round though, I’m losing almost immediately because of the pieces I’m forced to work with. What I do hate, and I’ve only seen two other reviews mention it so far, is being forced to use pieces that kinda screw your whole game over. Thankfully, I haven’t come across any inappropriate/unpleasant ads like I’ve seen in some of the other reviews, and I’m new to the game so unfortunately, I can’t relate as far as knowing why the update was so terrible either.
